Same-Day Service (SDS)
We don't just serve Pretoria and its neighbouring areas; we exceed expectations. Whether it's a critical spare part, a signed contract, urgent medical supplies, or swift inventory relocation for fulfilling orders, we are your solution for any emergency, ensuring seamless business continuity.
Dawn Delivery (DDX)
Time sensitive deliveries (flight dependant): Our team will collect your shipment; bring it back to head office where it will be sorted for the destination and sent overnight. The next morning, we will deliver your shipment as per route schedule, first stop.
Overnight Express (ONX)
Delivery by 11:00 or 13:00 on the next business day to all major centres. Delivery to regional or outlying areas is within 24 to 72 hours dependant on destination.
Budget Cargo (DBC)
This is an impeccable delivery service for heavier and not-so-time sensitive service. The package is flown or driven to the destination and delivered within 24 to 48 hours to all major centres. Deliveries to regional or outlying areas are delivered within 24 to 72 hours dependant on the final journey.
Weekend, Public Holidays and After Hours
Receive and accept an estimation and mark your waybill clearly. Call in to arrange weekend, public holidays and after hour collection delivery services.

Booking Collection
All normal courier collection requests should be booked between 08:00 and 14:45 daily (Monday to Friday). Any collection requests received telephonically or via email after this time may only be collected the following working day, unless a special after-hours collection has been requested and arranged.
With big volumes exceeding the capacity of a 1 ton bakkie, we require 1 day’s notice prior to collection to arrange a truck to come through and collect the shipment.

GLOBAL STOCK VISIBILITY
Our 24/7 client service team uses our flawless technology and is available anytime to monitor shipments for you. As part of the Stoke Transport vision, you can also track and trace your orders online any time, place collection orders manually (if necessary) and provide instructions to relocate your product, as necessary.

PLANNING AND RESOLUTION
We will express the most well-organized shipment schemes according to given limitations, which have a lower or higher prominence according to your predefined procedures. For example, transportation cost, transit time, on-time performance, fewer stops possible to ensure excellence, and much more.

CONSIGNMENT FOLLOW-UP
STOKE manages any physical or administrative operation regarding transportation, such as traceability of a shipment event by event (shipping from one point, arrival at the next, customs clearance etc.), editing of reception, custom clearance, invoicing, booking documents and transmission of shipment alerts - e.g., delays, accidents, non-forecast stops.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
Document Express
Worldwide delivery of documents through a network of dedicated partners. Delivery lead times are between 1–6 days, depending on destination and customs.
Air Freight
For parcels over 30 kg that are not urgent, this service will save you a penny or two! Customs documents and invoices must accompany the shipment.
Over-Border Road Freight
This road freight service is specific to Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Swaziland. This is cost effective for goods weighing over 25-35 kg with restricted urgency.
Parcel Express
Worldwide delivery of parcels, samples, stock, and all other non-documents. Once again, delivery times are dependent on destination. Customs require specific documentation based on commodity, value, and country. An invoice or in some cases a pro-forma invoice is always required.
Customs Brokerage
With importing or exporting, a vital part of moving shipments seamlessly and efficiently, is all the necessary documentation. We ensure electronic connection to local customs, pre-clearance at port of entry prior to arrival, clearance documentation, tariff classification, duty, and tax determination – everything required to keep goods moving cost-effectively.
